Lucylou Family Photography – Capturing beautiful and natural memories of you and your loved ones.
Over the years I have been blessed to have photographed lots of families, whether that’s of friends or returning wedding clients wanting some gorgeous photos after starting their own little family. In addition to weddings, I also love natural portraits and lifestyle photography, so although I do currently have a page on this website for family photography, which you can find here, I thought I’d also set up a separate website dedicated to just my family photography.
For me, family photography is not just about capturing beautiful portraits of everyone smiling and looking at the camera like traditional family photos, it’s about capturing the connection between you all whilst having fun at the same time.
As a mother myself, I know just how quickly children grow up and change. They’re only little for such short time, so I believe that it’s incredibly important to not only capture memories of your children as they grow but also be present in the photos ourselves, because one day, photos are all that our children will have left of us.
I will cherish the above photo of myself and my daughter, Ellie and it’ll serve as a beautiful memory of us having fun together on the bed that day, with her jumping on my tummy.
