Beautiful Spring Clock Barn wedding

in February I had the absolute pleasure of capturing the lovely Tom & Esther’s beautiful spring clock Barn wedding.

Tom & Esther booked me during the 2021 lockdown so we did our initial meeting via FaceTime but the year flew by and I finally got to meet them in person on their wedding day on 17th February. We got lucky with the weather that day with it being late winter / very early spring, it was cold and windy but the skies were blue and thankfully we avoided the super-strong winds of Storm Eunice the next day!

I first arrived with Esther for bridal prep photos at 11:30 and halfway through I went across to Tom in the groom prep room at the back of the barn to get some shots of him and his groomsmen and best woman getting ready. I love that couples can both get ready on site now at Clock Barn so that I am able to go between the couple and get photos of both of them without the need for a 2nd photographer as most of the time couples get ready at separate locations. I’m also able to get photos of the barn all set up beautifully ready for the ceremony beforehand too, with everything being on site.

Their Ceremony was at 2pm followed by a drinks reception with some yummy canapés and then some windy family and friend photos, followed by couple photos.

It was then time for their delicious 3-course meal, followed by the speeches. Tom & Esther actually did a lovely speech together and Esther got quite emotional whilst talking about her siblings, which was really sweet.

After the speeches, the evening dancing kicked off and after most of the guests had become suitably merry on alcohol there were some great dance moves being pulled and even a dance-off between the girls and boys to the Grease medley (which you’ll see in the photos)

I hope you enjoy looking through the photos of Tom & Esther’s beautiful spring Clock Barn wedding and if you’re looking for a beautiful barn wedding venue in Hampshire with lots of rustic charm, then check out Clock Barn.
