Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing Dave and Claire’s wedding at East Close Hotel, Christchurch. What a perfect day! Considering the weather is a bit hit and miss in October, they got lucky and the sun made an appearance. The venue was stunning, with a vintage style and lovely purple colour scheme to the wedding and a quirky rugby theme to the table arrangement.
Claire has been a close friend of my sister ever since I can remember and used to come on family camping holidays with us so she was a big part of my childhood and I have lots of fond memories of us growing up. I was thrilled when she asked me to photograph her wedding and felt very honoured that she selected me.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself and wish the couple a very happy future together in married life.
