Scott & Natalie’s beautiful Autumn wedding at Sopley Mill
I know I’ve been pretty slack with blogging over the last year and didn’t actually blog a single one of last years 27 weddings so I thought I’d make up for it and start by posting Scott & Natalie’s wedding at Sopley Mill last October. Sopley Mill is one of my favourite wedding venues that I’ve photographed a wedding at so far as it’s really rustic and industrial looking with beautiful meadows and long grass which is right up my street! There’s plenty of lovely areas around the venue for photos and I’ve photographed 5 weddings there now with another 2 weddings at Sopley Mill this year, which I’m really looking forward to. Scott and Natalie are a lovely couple and although I hadn’t actually met Scott until the wedding day, you could see just exactly how suited they are for each other with how emotional they both were as Natalie walked up the aisle with her father. They are clearly head over heels for each other and it’s lovely that their strong emotions came through during the ceremony. They had beautiful styling for the venue, of which I would describe as rustic elegance and they really made use of all areas of Sopley Mill with all their decor and a fun garden styled photo booth in the evening. I loved capturing their special day and think we got some beautiful, natural shots.
